Personal training plan.
Considering your input, such as: your working hours, time you can spend on sports and your private situation, I will create a personal training plan for you, with which you will obtain your goals. On your personal (free) TrainingPeaks account you will find your personal training schedule and all the information you need to have a perfect training day. Also you will get a daily email with your schedule in your mailbox.
How do i support you?
When you sign up I will send you an intake questioner. It is very important that you fill out this questionary as complete as possible. Of course it is possible to do this in a later stadium, but it is better to do this right away. I will take care of the phase planning and scheme adjustments. Adjustments can be made all through the season. To come to a fine personal plan I use the following means:
– Your intake questionnaire
– Your personal account at TrainingPeaks
– Advise on planning races
– If you want, special training camp plans
– A schedule every 4 weeks with the possibility for unlimited (email) questions
– Analysis of your online Trainingpeaks diary and if necessary adjustments to the schedule
